At Filtered Blend, we’re passionate about delivering premium coffee and beautifully crafted coffee gear. If something’s not right, we’ll work with you to make it right.


☕ Coffee Returns (Consumable Goods)

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we’re unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction matters.

If you’re not happy with your coffee, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation — no returns necessary.

🧰 Accessories (French Presses, Tumblers, Mugs, etc.)

We accept returns of unused accessories within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required (your order number or receipt).
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

🔁 Exchanges

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.
